A SUMMER EVENT / 7TH EDITION
Each summer since 2012, the event "Voyage à Nantes" allows people visit the city and see a multitude of diverse and most of the time free, artistic and cultural points of interest dotted around a 12km route in the city.
For two months each summer art in Nantes is everywhere. Along a 12km route the cultural doorways of Nantes open themselves wide to welcome a large public 7 days a week. Artists, architects, designers and gardeners creatively animate the twelve kilometre ‘Ligne verte’ around the city. The city’s public spaces become a hive of artists exhibiting their creations at the corner of every street and along every avenue and boulevard. Nantes becomes a massive meeting place.
